These terms cover your use of KhmerPod101 (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
KhmerPod101 provides Khmer-language lessons, audio, and a tutor, delivered over the web. Lessons 1-3 are free. Full access requires an active paid plan.
Accounts and access
Access is tied to a device token or, if you provide one, an email address. You're responsible for keeping your access token or login link private. Don't share paid access with people outside your household.
Plans and billing
- Monthly / Yearly are recurring subscriptions. They renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Lifetime is a single one-time payment for permanent access to the Service as it exists and as it's updated going forward.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals; see the Refund Policy for what happens to the current period.
Acceptable use
The lessons, audio, and written content are for your personal learning use. Don't redistribute, resell, or scrape the Service's content or code.
Changes to the Service
We add and revise lessons regularly. We may change features or pricing for new purchases; existing paid access is honored per the plan you bought.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is. We work to keep lessons accurate, but we don't guarantee any particular learning outcome or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KhmerPod101 isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The date below reflects the latest version.
